Lots of people come here to fish, a lot of them fish in the swimming area-so watch your heads if you're swimming.
The pond is very clear and refreshing, and is stocked with rainbow trout. There is a small boat ramp which is large enough for launching a small motorboat, but there are limits on what size engines you can use. Very good for small children; the water is fresh, there aren't any waves, and the beach starts off pretty shallow.
Beautiful little pond and beach. Very clean and calm with a spot to launch small boats (kayaks, canoes, etc). Perfect location for younger kids.

Perfect stop for a day of biking on the rail trail.
Permit parking (during the day) and no dogs (any time) during the season late May-September
