So happy to have come across this location! Was up visiting friends from Florida and needed a good yoga class after all the travel; this location has friendly staff and a great facility! If you're on the cape and looking for a place to practice Bikram, this is a little gem!
Good place for yoga.
My wife finally talked me into trying a Bikram yoga class, and I took my first one over a month ago. I have been working out for years, but the few yoga classes I had taken left me frustrated and annoyed. Bikram yoga has done the opposite! I have never felt so good, especially after each session, and my body is changing before my eyes. I highly recommend this for everyone no matter what your fitness level is. The instruction is excellent, and the people are encouraging and patient with all levels of participants..
